Your Fees - Some Property Management companies charge a flat fee, per building, for their service. We charge a percentage of gross rents collected. No Annual Contract - While we are very, very interested in long term business relationships, our performance and integrity will retain owners, not a contract. This means you can leave at any time with proper notice and incur no early termination fees - adding fees to an already tenuous situation is irresponsible, we feel if we are not performing to your satisfaction, we should not charge you to leave, as others do.
