Due to liability factors, tenants are not permitted to perform repairs on their leased property. Repairs in a non professional manner, not accepted by
World Property Management or damage caused by negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, alterations and repairs will be made by our
maintenance representative, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by negligence or misuse
will be paid by you. Please contact your Property Manager with any and all questions.
When submitting the maintenance request, you have an option to receive us at an agreed upon time or to authorize us to use our keys to access your residence. When we go to perform maintenance on a property, based on workload, we generally work as a team. If a third party vendor is called for the request and must enter your apartment without your presence, one of our team members will accompany. If an appointment is made and you are not there to receive our maintenance associate, you will be assessed a fee equal to one service hour. Our regular maintenance services are performed between 7am and 5pm Monday - Friday. Emergency services are 24/7, 365.
