  • If this is a life-threatening emergency call 911 immediately.
  • If you have a gas emergency or smell gas call, WE Energies at 1-800-242-9137.
  • If you have an “after hours emergency” that does not require Police or the Fire Department but does require immediate attention please call (414) 322-1262.
  • If there is not an immediate response to your call, please TEXT your name, address and brief info to (414) 322-1262.

Simply fill out the form to the left and we will address your request for maintenance. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention such as the nature of water, heat or electricity, please call (414) 322-1262. If the answering service responds, please be describe the situation.

Important Notice to Residents

Due to liability factors, residents are not permitted to perform repairs on their leased property. Repairs in a non-professional manner, not accepted by World Property Management LLC or damage caused by negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, alterations and repairs will be made by our maintenance representative, but you could be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by negligence or misuse will be paid by you. Please contact your Property Manager with any questions.

Key / Entry Policy

When submitting the maintenance request, you have an option to receive our maintenance associates or a third-party vendor, in person at an agreed upon “window of time” or to authorize us to use our keys to access your residence. When we go to perform maintenance on a property, based on workload, we generally work as a team. If a third-party vendor is called for the request and must enter your apartment without your presence, one of our team members could accompany if available.

PLEASE Keep Your Appointment

If an appointment is made and you are NOT there to receive our maintenance associate, you will be assessed a fee equal to one service hour. Our regular maintenance services are performed between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Emergency services are 24/7, 365.
